Change Property Management

At RENTAL OPTIONS MANAGEMENT we want to ensure a smooth transition from your current management company to us. We will help you every step of the way with six easy steps:

Step-1

Read your current management contract or email us a copy Jason@rentaloptionsmgmt.com. We are looking for a termination clause.

Step-2

We will pay for up to 3 months of termination and or hidden fees.

Step-3

We will write your current company a termination notice.

Step-4

Meet with us or simply find our Intake form in the forms section. Complete & send with a copy of residents current lease agreement.

Step-5

We will send out the change of management notice to tenants with our contact information for any question or concerns they may have.

Step-6

Fill out the Expectation form. What are your expectations when joining Rental Options Management? What do you require? What are your goals?
